Bolo de Laranja inteira
Este bolo fica super molhadinho e fofo e e' moleza de fazer!!!! ( ale'm de lindo...)
Coloque no liquidificador:

- 1 laranja pera inteira cortada em gomos com casca e tudo, descascada ate' a metade (lave bem a casca antes com uma escovinha)
- 150 ml de manteiga derretida
- 4 ovos inteiros
Bata bem.
Em uma tigela, misture :
- 2 copos de farinha de trigo
- 1 1/2 copos de acucar
- 2 colheres de sobremesa bem cheias de fermento.
Quando estiver bem misturado ( pode ser na batedeira), adicione os ingredientes do liqui , misture bem e adicione 1/2 xicara de suco de laranja. Quando comecar a formar bolhas na massa, ta' pronto pra ir pra forma.
Forma untada com manteiga e polvilhada com acucar, forno medio/baixo (350F).
Para a calda, aqueca numa panela 1 xicara de suco de laranja, adicione 1/2 xicara de acucar de confeiteiro, ferva ate' reduzir 50%. Jogue por cima do bolo ainda morno.

Orange Zest Cake - In a blender, add :
1 orange cut into wedges, half peeled and washed.
150 ml of melted butter
4 whole eggs
Mix well .
In a bowl, mix :
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Mix dry ingredients well, add the liquid ingredients, mix well and add 1/2 cup of orange juice. When the dough begins to form bubbles, it's ready for the pan.
Greased pan with butter and sprinkled with flour, medium oven (350F ) .
For the syrup, heat in a saucepan 1 cup of orange juice , add 1/2 cup of sugar icing, boil until reduced 50% and pour over warm cake.
